A mobile notary travels to your location — home, office, hospital, or another agreed meeting place — to witness signatures and notarize documents, instead of you traveling to them.
RON lets you notarize a document over a live video call instead of meeting in person. It uses identity verification and a recorded, tamper-evident session, and is only available where state law permits it and once we're connected to a licensed RON platform.
A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, or state ID), and the unsigned document(s). Do not sign in advance — you must sign in front of the notary.

We travel throughout the Salt Lake City area and surrounding counties within roughly 100 miles. Outside that range, we're often still able to help for an additional travel fee — just ask. Remote online notarization is available anywhere within Utah, subject to state RON rules.
Card payment online through our booking page, or cash, card, or check at the appointment. Loan signings may require a deposit to confirm the booking.
